1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with a tracking link.
Address Change:
If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order and before the shipment is dispatched.
After the order is shipped, address modifications will not be possible.
2. Shipping Timeframe
Our standard delivery time across India is 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.
While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier network constraints or local conditions beyond our control.
3. Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing them to monitor the shipment in real time.
Please ensure your email and phone number are entered correctly at checkout to receive tracking updates.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on your delivery location and total order weight.
All applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across all serviceable pincodes in India through our trusted logistics partner Shiprocket and its national courier network.
If your location is currently unserviceable, our support team will contact you to suggest an alternative delivery option or issue a refund.
6. Payment Method
We currently offer Prepaid Orders Only for faster and more reliable delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is temporarily unavailable to ensure smooth and verified order processing.
7. Undelivered / RTO Orders
In the event of a returned or undelivered shipment (due to incorrect address, non-availability, or customer refusal),
the shipping charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be credited to your VelMeraStyles Wallet after inspection.
Wallet credits can be used for future purchases within 12 months.
8. Delivery Exceptions
Unexpected courier delays caused by weather conditions, remote area logistics, strikes, or natural disasters may affect delivery times.
We proactively monitor all shipments and will notify you if any significant delay occurs.
