1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order and only before the item has been shipped.
Once the order status shows “Shipped”, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, please email us at Velmirastyles@gmail.com with the subject “Order Cancellation – [Order No.]”.
2. Refund Mode & Timeline
All refunds are initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are processed as per Razorpay’s standard timelines, plus an additional 1–2 business days for confirmation from our end.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp message once your refund is successfully processed.
3. Exchange & Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, an exchange or refund can be requested.
Please email us within 2 days of delivery at Velmirastyles@gmail.com with the subject “Defective / Return Request – [Order No.]” along with an unboxing video and clear product photos.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
For verified defects, VelMeraStyles will arrange the return pickup and inspect the product.
After inspection, a replacement or wallet credit will be issued based on the customer’s choice and eligibility.
4. Size / Colour / Preference Returns
For returns due to size or colour preference, customers must arrange their own courier.
Conditions:
Product must be unused and accompanied by an unboxing video.
After inspection, the refund amount will be credited to the VelMeraStyles Wallet, with a ₹100 handling deduction.
Wallet credits remain valid for 12 months and can be used for future purchases.
5. Important Conditions
Return requests for defective items must be made within 2 days of delivery.
Cancellation requests must be made within 4 hours of order placement.
Items marked as “non-returnable” or “custom-stitched” are not eligible for return or exchange.
All return or exchange requests require a valid unboxing video for verification.
6. Partial Refunds
In cases where the product shows minor issues (missing tags, customer handling damage, etc.), a partial refund or wallet credit after a ₹100 deduction may apply, depending on inspection results.
